She was daughter of Ra, called "the right eye of Ra", wife of Jenti-Amentiu or wife of Hapi as god of Upper Egypt. She is represented as a woman, with a vulture headdress at rest with the folded wings (headdress that became that of the queens), or as a white vulture with the crown of Upper Egypt, the hedyet.
