Aztec Calendar Stone. It allowed the high priests to predict the measurements of planetary orbits, eclipses and other astrological phenomena useful to rule the people. This calendar is considered the symbol of the passage of time and permanence of eternal life.
Knowledge of the calendar allows one to organize time effectively by carrying out appropriate actions at appropriate times. The original measures 3.59 meters in diameter, weights 25 tons and it is richly worked.
This relic was discovered in the XVIII C., although it is certainly a replica of a lost much older model.
